What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences.   • In-person sessions: I use wireless pulsators — professional vibrating devices held in each hand that provide gentle bilateral tactile stimulation. This allows clients to close their eyes and focus fully on their internal processing without any distractions.
  • Online sessions: I use an advanced EMDR application that incorporates visual stimulation (moving images on screen) and bilateral audio cues through headphones, making remote EMDR just as effective as in-person treatment.
